  • Unanswered Conversations: Are there backlogs building up?
  • Pipeline Distribution: Which areas need more resources?

Customer Engagement

  • Active Contacts: How many contacts are engaging?

Team Member Workload

  • 🟢 Low: < 10 open conversations
